Payment & Orders
Our payment terms are:
30% advance payment to initiate production.
Balance 70% is paid against scan copies of Bill of Lading & Invoice by email.
All payment transactions through bank.
Please note that our payment policy may vary from region to region.
Normally, we accept orders with a minimum quantity of one 20' container load. Contact us if you are looking for less than a container load quantity and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
You can send us an email asking for the price list of required products by providing your company details (name, website, and contact number). One of our marketing representatives will get back to you with the price list.
We normally quote FOB Karachi prices and ocean freight separately. However, CNF and CIF prices can also be provided once we have the expected order quantity and the name of the destination sea port.
Shipping & Logistics
Yes, you can arrange shipping by yourself. We would need the contact details of your shipping agent in order to schedule and obtain an empty container for shipment.
We offer multiple packaging options according to buyer requirements and export standards.
Rock phosphate is commonly available in 25 KG, 50 KG, and Jumbo Bags.
Customized packaging and private labeling options can also be arranged for bulk export orders.
All products are packed carefully to ensure safe handling, storage, and international transportation.
Samples & Quality Reports
Our samples are free of cost, but shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Yes, you can authorize us to send you samples by providing a formal request on your company's letterhead with your courier account details, and we can use that to arrange sample pick-up from our facility.
Rock phosphate analysis reports and product specifications are available upon request. We can provide laboratory test reports including P₂O₅ percentage and other quality details based on buyer requirements.
A lot code or batch number is a unique identification number assigned to each production batch for quality control and traceability purposes. It helps track production details, shipment records, and product specifications for every order.
Product Sourcing & Quality
Our rock phosphate is sourced and processed in Pakistan, particularly from the Hazara region, which is known for its valuable phosphate reserves and quality mineral resources.
We focus on supplying products that meet export quality requirements and buyer specifications. Quality checks are carried out during processing, packing, and shipment preparation to ensure consistent standards for international markets.
